THE TWO-PIECE, SCREWED INTERIM IMPLANT
Unique, two-piece implantology concept for the interim restoration. In collaboration with Prof. F. Khoury and the Schloss Schellenstein private dental clinic, a two-piece design was developed, which enables restoration with prosthetic components with the aid of a of screw connection. The implant, measuring just 2.3 mm and 2.5 mm respectively, is made of pure titanium grade 4 and is available in various lengths.

PROSTHETIC OPTIONS
The system offers a wide range of prosthetic options thanks to a large number of prefabricated superstructures. In addition to straight and angled abutments, scan and impression components, laboratory implants and polymerisation caps are also available for the quick and easy production of interim bridges. The prosthesis is fixed by means of corresponding screwed snap attachments. The workflow is based on classic implant systems.
ABUTMENTS
The abutments are available in 0 degrees and 17.5 degrees and are used to accommodate cemented temporary crowns and bridges. The retaining screw and impression cap are included in the delivery. The impression cap can also be used as a polymerisation cap.
TI BASE
The crown bases are available in 0 degrees (without rotation lock) and 16 degrees (with rotation lock). To screw in an interim prosthesis on the BoneTrust® mini implants, the BoneTrust® mini crown base 0 degrees can be shortened if needed and then directly polymerised in the existing prosthesis. The 16 degrees angulated crown base also has a shortenable retention section and serves to hold cemented, temporary crowns and bridges.
SPHERICAL HEAD SCREW
The spherical head screw is screwed in using the 0.9 mm hex screwdriver with 20 N/cm and the O-ring matrix is incorporated via polymerisation into an existing prosthesis.

BoneTrust® mini tray
The BoneTrust® mini tray underlines the uniqueness of the system at first glance and offers space for all instruments, including the necessary implants, abutments and screws. The unique lid mechanism ensures that everything stays in its place when closed.
